OpenPict Lite 1.1 - OpenPict Lite is a bare bones PICT opener that fully supports drag-n-drop. I wrote it primarly for people using NewsWatcher, Mosaic or other programs that can aquire but not display PICT files. Since it was written over only a few days OpenPict Lite can only open one PICT at a time and cannot open something bigger than its memory allocation. This program is freeware so enjoy.
